you will need...
4oz brown sugar
6oz butter
1 dessert spoon of golden syrup
6oz porridge oats
drop of almond essence
seeds(seseme, poppy) a handful
nuts (hasle, pistachio, brazil) a handful
preheat oven to 200
toast nuts and seeds in the oven for few mins
turn oven down to 150
melt the sugar and butter and syrup over some hot water
stir in all in the rest of the bits
put into a dish with grease proof paper , push it down into the corners...bake in the oven at 150 for 40 mins...leave to stand for 15 mins and cut into squares...mmmm
