A great weekend, the sun shone..it was lovely and hot, we camped by a lake and Lola loved every minute. Lola and Harry in the tent.
She spent most of the weekend naked!

a 2km swim out in a freezing cold lake with 550 other people... Nice! 
...followed by an 80km bike ride,then straight into a 13 mile run...all without stopping once!!!!
He finished in a very impressive 5 hrs 43 minutes!!!!!!!!!
