bits & bobs....
Marathon weekend.....
Finn came for a sleepover the other week, my first experience of looking after 3 on my own...all went very well, here they are making pancakes for breakfast!!
Made this for dinner on Saturday, Ottolenghi's caramel & macadamia nut cheesecake....it was obscenely full of calories...and very sickly, but delicious! Cost about £10 in ingredients to make it!!!
Marrow chutney...made from one massive marrow, ginger apples & raisins...need to leave it for a month to mature....!
My first sweetcorn that I grew!!! Allotment is getting back on track.
Following in her Daddy's footsteps!
She seems like she has really grown up recently, I feel like I have to appreciate every minute...as she is growing up so fast. This is the drawing she did for her friend Charlie's birthday party on Saturday.

He is now full on walking, opening all the cupboards...smashed two of my best mugs in so many days. Mental...knackering, hard work....but absolutely fantastic. He gives the best little bear hugs!

we cycled the 10 miles from wadebridge to lunch in padstow and back..really amazing views
it is so lovely here suz..we have had super weather , the house is perfect and i feel relaxed !!!!!
